Certain 2026MY Palisade (LX3), 2026MY Palisade Hybrid (LX3 HEV), 2026MY IONIQ 5 (NE1), 2026MY IONIQ 9 (ME1), 2026MY Sonata (DN8), 2025-2026MY Tucson (NX4 & NX4m), 2025-2026MY Tucson Hybrid (NX4 HEV), 2025-2026MY Tucson Hybrid (NX4 PHEV), 2026MY Santa Fe Hybrid (MX5 HEV), 2026MY Kona (SX2) and 2026 MY Kona (SX2 EV) models may experience instrument cluster module reboot while driving. This bulletin provides instructions to update the cluster module to correct this condition.

On certain 2025-2026MY Tucson (NX4/NX4a/NX4m), Tucson Hybrid (NX4 P/HEV) and 2025MY Santa Cruz (NX4 OB) vehicles, the Forward Collision Avoidance (FCA) system may exhibit increased sensitivity to forward object proximity in certain driving scenarios, potentially leading in FCA engagement earlier than the driver’s expectation. This bulletin provides instructions to update the Front View Camera module to improve FCA logic.

2020-2025MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles may not meet the allowable third-row headform displacement requirements set forth in Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS). This bulletin provides instructions to apply a protective film to the rear quarter fixed glass assembly and if necessary, to remove the headliner foam pad assembly.

Certain 2026MY Palisade (LX3) and Palisade Hybrid (LX3 HEV) vehicles may experience over-the-air (OTA) update failure due to a CCU (Central Communication Unit) software error. This bulletin provides the instructions to update the CCU to correct this condition.

2024-2026MY Elantra Hybrid (CN7 HEV) vehicles may experience a failure to charge the high voltage battery due to HPCU malfunction, resulting in vehicle entering limp mode with MIL illuminated and/or no start condition. This bulletin provides instruction to update the HPCU to improve the LDC and EWP logic to prevent this condition.

Certain 2026MY Tucson (NX4) and Tucson Hybrid (NX4 P/HEV) vehicles may have been equipped with side impact sensor(s) that were assembled with incorrect printed circuit boards. A misassembled side impact sensor may affect airbag deployment timing during certain crash scenarios. This bulletin provides instructions to inspect the side impact sensor and to replace it if necessary.

In certain 2025MY Sonata (DN8) and Tucson (NX4) vehicles equipped with 8AT, the transmission valve body oil drain plug may have been incorrectly installed. This bulletin provides instructions to inspect the transmission oil level, and if necessary, replace the transmission assembly.

The Genuine Hyundai trailer wiring harness installed on certain 2022-2024MY Tucson (NX4), Tucson Hybrid (NX4 HEV) and Tucson Plug-In Hybrid (NX4 PHEV) may be susceptible to water intrusion, which may cause an internal electrical short. This bulletin provides instruction to remove the Genuine Hyundai trailer wiring harness, install dust cap and compensate customer for accessory removal.
