The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve assembly in certain 2024MY Tucson (NX4) vehicles may contain a sensor that was contaminated during manufacturing. This may lead to MIL illumination and cause DTCs P0405, P0642, P0652, and/or P0404/P049D/P240F to be triggered.

Certain 2007-2012MY Santa Fe (CM) and Veracruz (EN) vehicles may be equipped with a defective accessory trailer wiring harness. The control module may have been manufactured with a defect which could lead to an increased risk of a fire.

Certain 2025MY Tucson (NX4) Preferred and Preferred Trend vehicles have been built with incorrect front bumper cover moulding.

On certain 2024-2025MY vehicles equipped with ccNC Lite infotainment system, when attempting to pair a mobile device via Bluetooth, the vehicle name may not populate on the vehicle monitor and will not be visible on the available devices list. This issue is caused by a manufacturing defect of the Bluetooth module within the ccNC.

On certain 2022-2023MY Tucson (NX4) and Tucson Hybrid (NX4 HEV) vehicles, the fuel filler door may not open and/or close correctly due to moisture ingress within the fuel door release actuator.

In certain 2017-2018MY Santa Fe Sport (AN), 2017-2019MY Santa Fe XL (NC) and 2014-2015MY Tucson (LM) vehicles, an electrical short may develop in the HECU module. An electrical short may increase risk of an engine compartment fire.

In certain 2024-2025MY Venue (QX) vehicles equipped with Manual Temperature Control (MTC) the HVAC may intermittently blow warm air when A/C is activated.

An Integrated Electric Brake (IEB) software update is available for certain 2026MY Palisade Hybrid (LX3 HEV) which improves OBD DTC detection logic.
