On certain Veloster N (JSN), Elantra N (CN7N) & Kona N (OSN) vehicles, a worn fuel control valve within the high pressure fuel pump may cause excess fuel to enter the fuel pump and trigger DTC P008800 – Fuel/Rail System Pressure – Too High.

The power tailgate in certain 2020MY Palisade (LX2), 2019MY Nexo (FE) and 2019MY Santa Fe (TMa) vehicles may become inoperative over time due to a damaged power tailgate lifter wiring harness.

In certain 2020-2023MY Sonata (DN8/DN8a) vehicles equipped with Gamma 1.6 T-GDI engines, a faulty EVAP check valve may cause Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination with DTC P0451 – Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor Range/Performance, and/or damage to the fuel tank assembly.

Elantra (CN7), Elantra Hybrid (CN7 HEV), Elantra N (CN7 N) and Venue (QX) vehicles may experience malfunction of the horns due to water ingress. The warranty coverage for the horn assemblies has been extended to 10 years or 200,000 km, whichever occurs first, from date of original delivery.

Certain 2023-2025MY Venue (QX) vehicles may experience intermittent malfunction of the driver power window controls, preventing window operation.

On certain 2024-2025MY Elantra (CN7) vehicles equipped with Nu 2.0 MPI engine, excessive vibration may be felt through the steering wheel when the radiator cooling fan is operating.
